Do you already enjoy drinking wine, but would like to learn more? This is a relaxed, informative session covering the fundamentals of wine: sight, smell, taste, service, cellaring and more.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with Vanessa Dunbabin, tasting Bangor's range of wines at your friendly country vineyard. Learn about about the whole swirl, sniff and sip process, and about how wine is made. What makes a red wine red and a white wine white? How does sparkling get it's bubbles? How did lychee and forest floor get into my glass of wine? Ask about all those wine things you always wanted to know, but didn't know how to ask.

Limited to 10 participants only, so book quickly.
