Abel Tasman Pinot Noir (2022) - Our flagship wine, Abel Tasman is crafted from our best-performing Pinot Noir vines and matured in French oak.  In the tradition of fine cool climate Tasmanian wine, Abel Tasman is an elegant, full-bodied Pinot Noir.  A delightful savoury offering, leading with notes of bramble, red cherry and allspice. The palate is a bold mixture of savoury dark cherry, plum, olives, spice, and pepper, all held together with a fabulous tannin structure. Perfect match for lamb, mushroom, or duck.
Gold Medal, International Cool Climate Wine Show, 2023

Captain Spotswood Pinot Noir (2022)Captain Spotswood showcases the red fruit characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. Bright ruby in colour, our 2022 Spotswood introduces itself with aromas of raspberry and red cherry, following through with mouth-watering dark cherry, red cherry, plum, and notes of dark chocolate and spice. Captain Spotswood is all about fun times with friends and family. This Pinot can be enjoyed all year round, and paired with a wide range of food from cheese to seafood, lamb, beef and game meats.

Maria Rosé (2023)Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, Bangor’s Maria Rosé is a bright and refreshing wine, with aromas of wild strawberry, rhubarb and rose hip. Those delightful strawberry characters flow across the palate, blending seamlessly with cranberry and pomegranate hints, complimented by a soft creamy texture from partial barrel aging on lees. Bangor Rosé is a popular and versatile wine that can be enjoyed on it's own, or with a wide range of food from crisp salads to seafood and lamb. Best served lightly chilled.
