Bangor Shed is a wonderful location for a private function. From lunches in our private room, to dinners, birthday parties, hens parties, celebrations and weddings, Bangor Shed will spoil you with the best food and wine in our remarkable setting.

We can cater for all groups, large and small. We have a private functions room that is perfect for small groups during the day. We can organise evening dinners, parties and celebrations, including music, lighting, and bonfires to make your event special. We even have a marquee site if you are after that special experience. Return coach transfers make your next celebration exciting and easy. Our professional team will work with you to design your very own unique event.

Private Wine Room

Bangor’s Private Wine Room is ideal for small groups. Enjoy a private wine and food pairing experience, followed by a special lunch for your group. Accommodating up to 12 people seated or 15 cocktail-style, the room boasts stunning views over the vineyard, bay, and farmland. It features its own private deck with outdoor seating. Perfect for a special celebration.

Norfolk Room

The Norfolk Room is our intimate function space, located at the western end of the building, overlooking the vineyard and Norfolk Bay, with views extending to Kunanyi (Mt Wellington). This room provides the perfect setting for small group celebrations.

The Norfolk Room is a completely private space, separated from the main part of the building by an opaque acoustic wall. It features a screen for presentations and its own sound, lighting, and climate control systems, ensuring you are in complete command of your environment. We will arrange the room for your group of up to 38 people.

We adhere to a paddock-to-plate philosophy, utilising lamb from the Bangor property, local seafood, and the freshest local vegetables and herbs. Large Day & Evening Events

Looking for the perfect venue for a special celebration? Bangor Vineyard Shed impresses with its exclusive use for up to 140 guests. Enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces including a wine bar, a cosy main room with wood heater, and a heated, covered deck overlooking the vineyard.

The venue features festoon and fairy lights, picnic tables, fire pits for evening ambiance, full sound system, and premium Plumm glassware. From arrival drinks and canapés to long table feasts, your event at Bangor offers spectacular views and incredible Tasmanian food and wine.
