Bangor + TSO Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, food, and wine as Bangor partners with musicians from the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra.
This exclusive event features an intimate performance by a TSO quartet, who will weave a series of exquisite vignettes throughout the night.
Alongside the music, you’ll enjoy a four-course cocktail-style dinner crafted to showcase the best local produce. Mingle with friends, chat with the musicians, and savour Bangor wines in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Join us for a perfect spring afternoon with Ben Cooper. Don’t miss out on an afternoon of great tunes and good times! Ben has performed around Tasmania and Victoria for over twenty years delivering a mix of chilled-out and up-tempo acoustic covers alongside his original set. No cover charge, but a table booking is recommended. Food, wine, views and music, the perfect Saturday session!
Lagoon Bay History Talk with Tom Dunbabin

Step back in time with us! As part of our 11th birthday celebrations, join Tom Dunbabin for a fascinating Lagoon Bay history talk at Bangor Vineyard Shed.
Discover the stories of this stunning coastal bay, from its rich Indigenous heritage and convict past to the Dunbabin family’s 130-year connection to the land.
A morning of history, heritage, and connection — book your spot today! $18pp includes a light morning tea.
Adults Clay Workshop
Saturday 30th Aug, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Get creative and make a pair of beautiful fairy wrens or robins for your house or garden, or for a special gift. Hand sculpt, paint and glaze your creation. Firing will occur once your piece is dry, then it can be collected from Bangor or Hobart.
An inclusive and welcoming workshop. No previous experience needed. Come and try your hand at sculpting in an intimate and fun environment. $85pp. Includes afternoon tea, 3 hour workshop, all materials and firing.
Kids Christmas Workshop
A fun and inclusive after-school workshop for kids aged 6 - 15yrs, with Ilana Bea Designs. Each child gets to paint/glaze their own choice of Christmas decorations for the tree, or as a special gift. No experience needed.
The perfect opportunity to get creative this festive season. These special handmade decorations will last for generations to come.
Bangor Birthday Weekend

Bangor Vineyard Shed turns 11 on the 1st December! To celebrate we have a weekend of activities lined up. Talks, Workshops, Vineyard Tours, Live Music, and Prizes. We'll be bringing back an old favourite in the restaurant - the Famous Bangor Lamb Pie! Join us to celebrate 11 years of Bangor!

To celebrate Spring we have released 3 new wines. FREE postage on 12+ bottles Australia-wide. FREE postage and discounts for Wine Club Members.
Jimmy's Hill Pinot Gris (2025) - a bright and powerful Gris with enticing apple, pear and sweet spice characters - a crowd favourite.
Bangor Vintage Sparkling (2022) - showing the crisp freshness and lingering layers of complexity we expect from beautiful Tasmanian sparkling wines, the 2022 is the perfect bubbles for any occasion.
1830 Chardonnay (2023) - beautifully refined citrus and white peach characters balance with vanilla and cashew notes from very gentle ageing in French oak. A stunning food wine, the 2023 Chardonnay matches with seafood, chicken, cheese plates and creamy pasta dishes.
Bangor Brunch
Daily 10am-12noon
Brunch at Bangor. We’re filling the gap between brekkie and lunch with a brand new morning menu - available daily from 10am–12pm. Bangor egg & bacon roll, mushroom & halloumi toastie, corned beef toastie, and gingerbread granola. Best enjoyed with a fresh tea or coffee overlooking the vineyard. Biscuits, cakes and our regular menu also available.
Vineyard Tour
The general public don't have access to our vineyard, so this is a unique opportunity to see Bangor vineyard up close.
Stroll through the vines and learn about the history of the vineyard and the Bangor property, how the grapes are grown, and how Bangor wine is made. While in the vines you will taste wines from Bangor's range. Experience a working vineyard first-hand, while soaking in the views across the bay and the picturesque seaside township of Dunalley.
Black Glass Wine Tasting
Join us for a special wine tasting with a twist! Enjoy our special black glass paired wine and food tasting experience. We'd love you to come and try it!
Get ready for a sensory explosion! Taking wine tasting to the next level, we'll challenge you to rethink what you know about wine by removing the sense of sight – focusing solely on taste and smell.
Wine Tasting

We are open all summer! Taste Bangor's range of wines at our beautiful Tassie Blue Gum wine bar, while overlooking the bay and the vineyard. Whether you know a little or a lot about wine, our tastings are for everyone. Learn about our wines, the vineyard, and some of the amazing history here at Bangor. Whether looking for a few bottles or dozen, we'll pack your wine for you to take home, or we'll organise postage to your door, Australia-wide.
