T&C's and Returns

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bangor Vineyard Shed website, online wine store, and online booking platform operated by Bangor Vineyard Shed Pty Ltd (ABN 40 169 722 070).

By using this website, placing an order, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Legal Requirements

Bangor Vineyard Shed is a fully licensed venue.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from Bangor Vineyard Shed. Deliveries containing alcohol must be accepted by a sober adult aged 18 years or over.

Bangor Vineyard Shed supports the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with Tasmanian liquor licensing laws.

2. Online Wine Orders

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Prices, vintages, products and offers are subject to change without notice.
  • Online pricing may differ from prices available at the Cellar Door or through stockists.
  • All products are offered in good faith and subject to availability.
  • Occasionally, unforeseen demand or supply issues may result in products becoming unavailable after an order is placed.
  • Bangor Vineyard Shed reserves the right to correct any pricing or publishing errors.

Payment

We accept payment by:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

3. Delivery

Wine orders are shipped within Australia using Australia Post Wine Delivery Services or other suitable carriers.

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order size and carrier pricing.
  • A daytime delivery address and contact phone number must be provided.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

All wine deliveries are tracked and insured where applicable.

If there is a delay in dispatch due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Bangor Vineyard Shed is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather events or other disruptions.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products where:

  • there is a quality issue
  • the product is faulty
  • the order does not match the description provided

Please contact us prior to returning any goods.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless the issue is the result of our error.

Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • replace the product
  • offer an alternative product of equal value
  • provide a refund

Wine is a perishable product and should not be left exposed to extreme heat or cold after delivery. Bangor Vineyard Shed cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery has been completed.

5. Restaurant & Cellar Door Bookings

Bangor Vineyard Shed reserves the right to refuse or modify bookings where necessary for operational reasons.

If we have not heard from you within 45 minutes of your booking time, we may release your table to other guests. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you during this period.

Menus, wine lists, vintages, retail items and pricing may vary from those published online, on social media or elsewhere.

We make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate, however details may change without notice.

  • Cash

Cashless payment is encouraged where possible.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website, online store or booking platform is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected may include:

This information is used to process orders, manage bookings and communicate with guests where required.

7. Copyright

8. Events & Functions

All weddings, events, meetings, and functions have their own specific terms and conditions relating to the particular event/activity. You will be provided with these T&C's upon booking.
