About these Bangor wines:

Bangor Vintage Sparkling (2022) - A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Bangor Sparkling is deliciously fresh and crisp, with a persistent fine bead and a delightful presence from the lovely complexity of flavours. A deep toffee apple and shortbread colour precedes a palate of biscotti, dried fruit and a butterscotch richness with the Pinot Noir delivering kirsch cherries on a long, rewarding finish. Match it with soft cheese, charcuterie or fresh Tasmanian seafood. The perfect bubbles for any occasion.

Encore (2025) - A blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, this is a very special wine crafted from a select few rows, with only 80 cases made. TSO supporters have first access to this limited-edition special release. A lovely, rich wine with apple, pear and stone-fruit characters with a hint of ginger and apple crumble, and a luxuriously silky finish, Encore is a real treat and the perfect wine for summer.

Jimmy's HIll Pinot Gris (2025) - One of our most popular wines, this is a Pinot Gris that delights with full rich flavours and a silky finish. Lush and enticing aromas of sweet pear and peach follow to the palate with fresh apple and pear characters and a hint of spiced ginger and cardamon.. Jimmy's Hill Pinot Gris was made with minimal intervention to showcase the fruit flavours of this aromatic grape variety, and is best enjoyed young and fruity, pairing beautifully with a wide range of fish and shellfish, white meats, cheeses and salads.

Maria Rosé (2024) - Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, Bangor’s Maria Rosé is a bright and refreshing wine, with aromas of Turkish delight, wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate flowing through to a wonderfully textural palate from partial barrel aging on lees. Bangor Rosé is a popular and versatile wine that can be enjoyed on it's own, or with a wide range of food from crisp salads to seafood and lamb. Best served lightly chilled.

Captain Spotswood (2024) - Showcases the red fruit characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. Bright ruby in colour, our 2024 Spotswood introduces itself with aromas of raspberry and red cherry, following through with mouth-watering red cherry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, with delicate spice and smooth silky tannins that make this a delightful pinot. Captain Spotswood is a beautiful Tasmanian Pinot Noir that is all about fun times with friends and family. This Pinot can be enjoyed all year round, and paired with a wide range of food from cheese to seafood, lamb, beef and game meats.
