Encore Pinot Gris Chardonnay (2025)
A blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, this is a very special wine crafted from a select few rows, with only 80 cases made. Bangor Wine Club Members access to this limited-edition special release. A lovely, rich wine with apple, pear and stone-fruit characters with a hint of ginger and apple crumble, and a luxuriously silky finish, Encore is a real treat and the perfect wine for summer.
The story behind the label: The harvest was almost complete when the sun slipped below the horizon, leaving a few rows of grapes behind in the twilight. We returned later to finish the job, and those grapes gave us Encore. A follow-up performance that shows sometimes the second act is as good as the first.
