Bangor's very first late disgorged Blanc de Blanc has been over 7 years in the making. Crafted in the méthode traditionelle, from Bangor's hand-picked Chardonnay grapes, this sparkling oozes elegance.

Deliciously crisp, with a persistent fine bead and a delightful presence from the lovely complexity of flavours, this is an exquisitely vibrant and balanced sparkling. Enticing lemon meringue, sea spray and oyster shell aromas on the nose, follow through to layers of citrus, grapefruit, apple, peach, and crème brûlée on the palate.

This is a very special one-off treat from Bangor Vineyard.  There are no other wines like this in the pipeline. It will be a decade or more before we see another!

A Note From Us

“This is a spectacular sparkling with great fruit flavour and a lovely round finish from over 6 years aging on lees. Made in the traditional French Champagne style, this is a bubbles that will impress for your next celebration.” - Matt & Vanessa
