Australian Tourism Awards GOLD for Bangor Vineyard Shed

At the Australian Tourism Awards in Darwin (you can tell by the photo prop....) last night, Bangor Vineyard Shed was honoured with GOLD in the Wineries, Breweries & Distilleries category.

This is a huge achievement for our little family-run winery, and we are so proud to have taken home this award for the second year in a row. It's a real testament to our hard working Bangor team who deliver for our guests day after day. Also to our team on the farm and in the vineyard who look after this special part of the world that is Bangor.

Celebrating Tasmania’s World-Class Tourism Experiences

Bangor’s win was part of a huge night for Tasmania, with the island taking home seven GOLD, three SILVER, and one BRONZE across multiple categories. Once again, Tasmania has proven itself a must-visit destination for world-class wine, food, and nature-based tourism.

The Tasmanian tourism industry is incredibly supportive and collaborative, and we are fortunate to partner with so many other amazing Tassie operators, including some of the other finalists last night.
