Mon 13th - Sun 19th of August is Gin Week at Bangor! We are teaming up with the lovely people at Hellfire Bluff Distillery to bring you a week of cocktails (G&T, and Limoncello Spritz), and gin inspired food from Head Chef Bronwyn:
- Blackberry and sloe gin cured ocean trout with citrus creme fraiche, pickled cucumber & rye crumb.
- Oysters with grapefruit, gin & Tasmanian pepperberry granita.
