Bangor Vineyard - A Story In Every Bottle
Bangor is an award-winning family owned vineyard near Dunalley on the tourist route to the Port Arthur Historic site. Our vines are hand tended, producing premium quality cool climate wine, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesing, Rosé, Sparkling, and our Reserve range of wines. Bangor Brunch
Daily 10am-12noon
Brunch at Bangor. We’re filling the gap between brekkie and lunch with a brand new morning menu - available daily from 10am–12pm. Bangor egg & bacon roll, mushroom & halloumi toastie, corned beef toastie, and gingerbread granola. Best enjoyed with a fresh tea or coffee overlooking the vineyard. Biscuits, cakes and our regular menu also available.

Enjoy a mouth-watering four-course feast featuring Bangor lamb and Pinot Noir as the stars of the show. Bangor Lazy Winter Lunch
This winter treat yourself to a sensory journey at Bangor. Start with our unique black glass wine tasting, exploring flavours without the influence of sight. Savour expertly paired wines and local produce, discovering the perfect harmony between food and wine, and enjoy a stroll through the vines, glass of mulled wine in hand. Followed by a cosy, leisurely lunch, finishing with cake and coffee. All this while surrounded by the stunning scenery of our vineyard and the bay. Available 01 May -31 August 2025

By popular demand, this is one for the adults. Ceramics workshop for adults at Bangor Vineyard Shed, Saturday 26th July, 10am-1pm.
Get creative and make a pair or fairy wrens or robins for your house or garden. Hand sculpt, paint and glaze your creations. Firing will occur once your piece is dry, then it can be collected from Bangor or Hobart.
An inclusive and welcoming workshop. No previous experience needed. Come and try your hand at sculpting in an intimate and fun environment.
The workshop is run by Ilana @ilanabeadesigns who is enthusiastic about passing on her techniques and sharing the love of art with others!

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Bangor this Autumn. We're open every day 10am-5pm. The perfect time to try Bangor a wine tasting, pick up a bottle of wine for gift or special event, stroll through the vines on a vineyard tour, or enjoy lunch with friends and family.
We are closed Good Friday, but open every other day over Easter and the School Holidays.
Bookings are recommended for inside tables (especially on weekends and public holidays). We also have a large deck area (heated and covered) with tables for anyone that drops in without a booking, and picnic tables on our large, fenced lawns. If sitting outside, we recommend bringing a hat, and a jacket for the Tassie weather.

Wine tasting with a difference! Take a stroll through the vines and learn about the history of the vineyard and the Bangor property, about how the grapes are grown, and how Bangor wine is made. While in the vines you will taste wines from Bangor's range. Experience a working vineyard first-hand, while soaking in the views across the bay and the picturesque seaside township of Dunalley. The general public don't have access to our vineyard, so this is a unique opportunity to see Bangor vineyard up close.
